Upon full payment, Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for approved use only (media, territory, and duration as agreed in writing). No resale, sublicensing, AI training, NFT use, third-party distribution, or excessive alterations without written consent. Usage beyond agreed scope requires additional licensing fees. Copyright transfer or exclusivity must be negotiated separately in writing. Credit must be given where applicable. License activates after contract signature and payment. Unauthorized use results in revocation and fees up to three times the standard rate plus legal remedies. Photographer retains promotional usage rights unless otherwise agreed.
