Apprenticeship & Leaders of Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA hosted by InternXL

Education alone is not enough; you also need experience. In my encounter with high school and college students, this has been the common challenge they have been facing in the pursuit of a career in their study. One way of gaining experience is through internships and volunteering. In collaboration with InternXL and Virginia Union University, I had the opportunity of contributing to the initial part of the internship process by providing headshot services for the students of Virginia Union’s Workforce Development division and InternXL participants.

As a team at PIC Results – Creative Studio our mission is to aid our clients in their growth and elevation through photography. We pride ourselves on being a commercial photography service that shows the expertise of an artist, the individuals behind the artistry, the environment in which the artistry is displayed, and the individuals who utilize it. Our team is a family affair where my wife Raina Washington, who’s also a Master Cake Artist is my Creative Assistant where she assists with styling and booking. My son, Kavon Washington who is a photographer in training, and myself the lead photographer and studio owner.
